Welcome to the Teignmouth RFC U12 Girls section!
Our squad is all about fun, friendship, and learning the game together. Sessions focus on building confidence, developing core skills, and enjoying rugby in a relaxed and supportive environment. Whether completely new to rugby or moving up from tag or mixed teams, everyone is encouraged to join in and give it a go!
